As the red ring goes all the way around... it's a problem with the A/V cable. If it were RRoD, the nose would only be 3/4 red.

At least MS has found an inconspicuous way of letting you know where to look for your problem instead of just using traditional error codes that don't mean a thing to the vast majority of people.
