I wish any of the Tenchu sequels was as good as the first one. Even though its graphics look ridiculous nowadays, it still plays great and has a wonderful soundtrack.

I will definitely check this one out, hoping it delivers the goods and doesn't have unnecessary wiggling.

I really hope that they advance this series and expand on it rather than just rehashing what was established in Wrath of Heaven and releasing another mediocre game. I liked Wrath of Heaven and all but Tenchu should move forward. Improvements in the enemy AI would be a big help, maybe a lot more variety in how they react when they spot you and stuff.

As for Ubi, they may leave much to be desired as a developer ("QA, what's that?), as a publisher they do some good things. NMH and now this?

I haven't been a fan of the series since Tenchu 2, but now that Acquire is back in the series, I'm really looking forward to what's being done. The first Tenchu is still one of my favorite games to play. Tenchu 4's game mechanics look like a lot of fun, and the plot and characters look interesting. I hope it's released this year, but no big deal if it isn't. Thanks, Ubisoft.

Awesome series, even if it's constantly frustrating me with its stagnation. They keep releasing the same game over and over... Sure, it's a good game, but how many times can they pretend it's new only to disappoint everyone? Will be picking it up, won't be anticipating a different game.

@Dappa: All the Tenchu games are amazing, complete consistent experiences each time, and on the wii because its more hardcore than a mothers lasagna. It SHOULD look gritty like drive in movie, not polished to the point where I need sunglasses to feel any sort of atmosphere.
