Ghostbusters Game Has Bill Murray Up On Ghostbusters III

Bill Murray and I have something in common. We're both excited about Ghostbusters. I may be more enthusiastic about the orphaned video game — which may have found a home at Atari — but Murray's role in that game seems to have lead to helping spark excitement for a third Ghostbusters movie.

@Amazon_Chris: it's got some cool stuff but is nowhere near as good as the first, a quotable classic. It also scared the crap out of me when I was little. Just like Howard the Duck and the adventures of Mark Twain ... oh my parents and their naivete!

GH3 has been in the making for years. Ben Stiller is slated to play Venkman. I know, it's fucking awful. :(

The office writers are writing the game? lol, the show is very ironic and great dialogue is present. If they managed to get Bill Murray high on the franchise again, they sure are fans...
I'm buying this. Hopefully there will be some extra behind the scenes content.

To everyone who says it, no, Ghostbusters III was never in the works, get that fact straight.
As for this, this is a big surprise, you very rarely hear from Bill Murray of all people, and I'm glad that he's as excited for the game as I am, if only they find a damn publisher.

There's a pretty excellent fan-made PAIR of ghostbuster movies. but looking at the site now there is no trace of the second. My theory is that the rights were bought out because the flick was so well done (for a guy, his buddies, and like $15k at least) Braxtanfilms.com has the first one, Freddy vs Ghostbusters. And a bunch of his other stuff. OH there it is http://www.returnoftheghostbusters.com/ for the second one.
