Why pre order it? These Ltd Editions are floating around a few months later in trade in places for the same price as the original soon enough. I learnt that the tough way with Halo 2 Limited Edition which for some weird reason I bought.

Buy the game, of course. But why the collector's edition? It's pointless. Guaranteed that the extra DVD will be on bittorrent in 5 seconds flat. Not that I condone that, comrades.

Actually I'm glad video games need to make collectors editions worthy by including what games are about content. Not dust collectors, and things you'll give to your younger siblings. I love when limited editions come with in game content. It makes it worth something at least for me. I'll have something only maybe 100,000 may have, and i paid an extra ten bucks, at least I can say that I put it to good use

That's actually much better. I pre-ordered the special edition and I always just toss the bulky crap aside, such as figurines and larger boxes. In the end I get everything I really cared about in the special edition, for a cheaper price and less space. Hecks yes!

This actually works out for me fine. Premium boxes are cool but I usually don't display them so there's no point really, printed fate cards would hold no value and the figure has no real value either. I don't imagine anyone keeping that figure into there old age and reminiscing of the good times of Fable. And in the end sacrificing those stuff which are useless (to me atleast) is saving me money.

Come on guys, they took the ten bucks off which is probably more than what the small figure and cards actually cost to make. You still get some cool stuff like extra armor, two new weapons by the way they say it, and a few other things.

I am disappointed by it, but I will keep my pre-order because I want all those in-game goodies. I could care less about the cards. Maybe the figure would have been nice, but meh.
