Why Robin Makes Batman Better Another World is a gorgeous game that pushed boundaries with its revolutionary aesthetic, and 20 years on it continues to influence game design. To mark its 20th anniversary, the game has been released for iOS devices.
Classic, cinematic ’90s platformer, Another World (Out of this World to some of you) is available today for the iPhone and iPad.
Or, as I knew it, Another World. This indie demo is for a game called Concurrence, and while this particular section has been put together for a competition, a full game is in the works.
I’m excited about From Dust for a couple of reasons – first off Eric Chahi, creator of Another World, is involved and, secondly, it’s a gorgeous looking game that follows in the tradition of ‘god games’ like Populous and Black & White. This new dev diary focuses on the art of From Dust.
