Back at GDC in 2006, Lucasarts showed off some footage of a “next-gen” Indiana Jones game. It looked great! Fast forward three years, however, and that game has been canned, replaced with an awful, awful Wii downgrade.
While never confirmed to exist by Electronic Arts, we were all fairly sure that somebody, somewhere was working on a Wii version of Brutal Legend. Now we’re hearing that version has been binned.
Last week Obsidian Entertainment confirmed what we’ve known for months: The Aliens RPG is officially dead. This morning pics from the now defunct game have surfaced.
The rumours were true. Sega’s Aliens role-playing game, previously in development at Obsidian Entertainment, is as dead as games can get. The title’s developer and publisher both confirmed today that development on Aliens RPG has ceased.
