The man who made Splinter Cell and designed Far Cry 2, Clint Hocking, has found a new home after leaving Ubisoft earlier this year, one of two recent high-profile departures from the developer. Looks like he’s now at LucasArts.
In a heartfelt letter on his blog, Clint Hocking, the main man behind Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Far Cry 2, explained yesterday why he’s leaving the studio he’s worked at for a decade, Ubisoft Montreal.

Clint is best known for his work on the Splinter Cell series, but nowadays he’s working as Creative Director on Far Cry 2, Ubisoft Montreal’s evolution and re-imagining of Crytek’s franchise.
