Releasing on May 17, Christmas-themed nightmare shmup Deathsmiles IIX is US bound. The upgraded version of the arcade favourite features new stages and will hit Xbox 360′s Games on Demand for $US29.99. According to the game’s publisher, the game isn’t localised into English and player’s can’t use Microsoft Points (credit card only).
The top-selling shoot-em up of this console generation is coming to North America, as Aksys Games announces a US release for Cave’s brilliant Xbox 360 gothic lolita shooter, DeathSmiles.

Cave’s fantastic fantasy shooter DeathSmiles is coming to the Xbox 360. Microsoft, understandably proud of this, showed a trailer for the port at yesterday’s press event in Tokyo.
