Almost two years after Wii Sports launched, Japanese game company Hudson released Deca Sports in 2008. The game was a collection of ten motion-controlled sports games. Now, it’s 2010 and is launching Microsoft its own motion control system, Kinect.
DECA SPORTS, Hudson’s take on Wii Sports with added Adidas advertising, may not be a very good game, but since when does that matter.
Hudson’s Adidas ad sports title DECA SPORTS. Since putting the game on sale earlier this year, Hudson has shipped 700,000 copies to Japan, North America and Europe, selling 500,000 of them worldwide. That’s a pretty good ship-to-sales ratio right there, folks!
