If you’re anything like me, you have a giant area of some cupboard devoted to the plastic peripherals that gaming time forgot; a giant elephants graveyard of sorts devoted to your guitar hero guitars, drums — perhaps you even have a DJ Hero turntable. You know what you should do? You should totally turn that turntable into an etch-a-sketch — like this guy.

DJ Hero Gets A Final Australian Encore

It got lost in the hubbub caused by Guitar Hero’s demise, but we were equally as sad that Activision’s fledgling rhythm franchise, DJ Hero, got caught up in the cancellation flurry last week. While Guitar Hero was arguably ready for the glue factory, DJ Hero was a fresh take that we felt never got a fair shake. Thankfully, Activision are giving it a final encore with a track pack featuring Aussie artists Pendulum.
