The next episode of Fable will support Kinect when it releases in 2012. A demonstration of Fable: The Journey at Microsoft’s E3 news conference showed players in a first-person mode, driving a carriage and attacking foes with magic, using different gestures for each spell.
Fable III’s PC version has been dated and, surprisingly, it’s going to be available via Steam.
Game designer Peter Molyneux, he of Populous, Fable, Black & White, Kinect’s Project Milo and lots of really great promises, won a lifetime achievement award at the Game Developers Conference this week.

In addition to this trailer packed with in-game cinematics, Fable III sent word today that all new copies will have a one-use code redeemable for free goodies in-game.
