Mullets Finally Come To Team Fortress 2

Hat enthusiasts get a minor but noteworthy new update for Team Fortress 2 today: the option to apply a flowing mullet to the Engineer class with the “Big Country” wearable item. Nine pieces of headgear, including googly eyes for the Pyro and a detective’s cap for the Spy, are joined by one teddy bear.

God of War Shirts, Heavenly Sword Boxers, Others On Their Way

Sony today revealed that they have granted licensing agreements for some of their top games with four apparel companies. The result will be a slew of T-shirts, hats, boxers, even something called “loungewear” featuring the artistic stylings from such Playstation greats as God of War, Ratchet & Clank, Resistance Fall of Man, Heavenly Sword and Little Big Planet.

I can’t friggin wait to lay about in my house wearing nothing more than a pair of LittleBigPlanet whitey-tighties under my silk God of War smoking jacket while I sip cognac and pass judgment on the gaming world.

IV Gear already has their list of games up, but no product pics yet.

So excited. List of companies and silly quotes on the jump.

The Space Invaders Fashion Show Continues, This Time With Hats

Premiere cap manufacturer New Era is getting into the video game thing in a major way it would seem, as the follow up line to their Pac-Man series of fitted hats is an even wider Space Invaders collection. Seven caps, each with embroidered classic Space Invaders graphics, make up the line and each run about 6000 yen (somewhere near $US 55). They’re currently available at Japanese retailer Cap Collector and will match well with your expensive Space Invaders Porter luggage in the same vein. Somehow I don’t think Taito is done commercially exploiting the game’s thirtieth anniversary quite yet.

Namco Meets New Era For Pac-Man Caps

Some of the more casual fashion friendly types at Kotaku Tower aren’t just into t-shirts and sneakers—some of us like fitted caps, too. So when Namco teams up with cap experts New Era for a line of Pac-Man fitteds, we expect great things. Oh wait, it’s Namco. Expect run of the mill things. The Namco X New Era line looks to have dropped in Japan recently, a limited edition trio of wool baseball caps that feature Pac-Man, Inky, Blinky and Pinky. Each will set fans back 6090 yen (about $US 55). More hats, more pics, at Fuctard’s online store.
