Once the upcoming “Napalm & Cordite” map pack for Killzone 2 is released tomorrow, there’ll be three such packs on the market. And in case you don’t have any of them, Sony have bundled the lot.
That new Killzone 2 DLC we told you about yesterday has now been officially announced, and will go by the name of “Napalm & Cordite”.
Sure, the game’s not dominating the PS3 scene like it was probably hoped it would, but Guerrilla are still banging away on updates for Killzone 2, the latest of which appears to take the form of some new DLC.
While Killzone 2 made most PS3 owners happy, it couldn’t please everyone. Some people, for example, hated the game’s sluggish, “heavy” controls.
The second batch of downloadable content for Killzone 2 is due out next month, bringing two maps from the first Killzone to the PlayStation 3.
April wasn’t the best month for the U.S. video game industry, reflecting a drop in spending on things that weren’t a Nintendo DSi or price reduced PlayStation 2. But how’s Killzone 2 selling these days?
A little over two months on from the game’s release, Killzone 2 has just passed the one million mark on the game’s multiplayer leaderboard.
