Osaka-based game developer Capcom is known for… developing games. The company’s boss now has side business, though. Let’s drink to that. No, literally.
On May 20, sci-fi action game Lost Planet 2 will be released in Japan. Know what that calls for?
Perhaps mistaken that the Consumer Electronics Show going down in Las Vegas this week is all about giant bugs and robot suits, Capcom have released some new screenshots for upcoming shooter Lost Planet 2.
You know, Capcom, you should quit trying to sell Monster Hunter in the West. Just stick with Lost Planet. It does the giant monster thing, only with guns and robots, which is all people really want.
So, Capcom, David Hayter and producer Avi Arad are making a Lost Planet movie. If it followed the plot of the games, there’d be robot suits, and there’d be giant bugs. But then, it’s not following the plot of the games!
Surprisingly, there’s more than just Street Fighter in this lineup of fan-made Capcom wallpapers. Mega Man, Duck Tales and Lost Planet feature prominently plus some games I’m not even sure I can name.
