I received a package in the mail this morning from Nintendo. Sadly, it didn’t contain a DSi. But the Wii-make of Mario Power Tennis was a decent alternative.
Last week we showed you the awful boxart for the “New Play Control” Wiimake of Pikmin. Today we can tell you when it’s coming out: February 26. Also, Nintendo has confirmed the second Wiimake, Mario Power Tennis, will launch just a month later on March 26. With these two and Madworld, it’s actually looking like a decent time to be one of those one million Wii owners.
The latest issue of Famitsu, by way of IGN, reveals new details on Nintendo’s GameCube-to-Wii remakes of Pikmin and Mario Power Tennis. Don’t brush ‘em off! Nintendo’s not just slapping on Wii-mote controls.
