The new expansion to Napoleon: Total War, the Peninsula Campaign, is out and a quick scratch of the surface reveals a lot more than a few new maps to battle over. Mark O’Connell from The Creative Assembly wrote an excellent guide to the new campaign in a blog post on the official Total War site. It’s such a good insight into exactly what’s new on the Spanish Peninsula we’re running it here.
Fun fact: I’m a history graduate, so when a Total War game comes along, I’m normally first in line. Especially when it involves pipes, muskets and rad uniforms, because they remind me not of Napoleon, but of Waterloo. The movie.
