The Next Penny Arcade RPG Has A Killer World Map

Gotta love the world map, that humble little collection of icons that offers up a treasure trove of discoveries and possibilities. Penny Arcade’s On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness 4, coming soon, has a killer, old-school-styled world map that I really want to dig into.

New Penny Arcade Game Looks A Lot Like Old Final Fantasy

No, the third Penny Arcade game will not be released on Super Nintendo. Despite its resemblance to 16-bit games of the early ’90s, Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness: Episode 3 is coming to PC, Mac, Xbox Live, iOS and Android. Not SNES.

Followers of Penny Arcade’s foray into game development may never see the last two chapters of their Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness come to video game form. But the series will continue, if only in text.

Penny Arcade’s Rain-Slick Precipice Darkens PSN Thursday

The long wait is over as Hothead Games announces that Penny Arcade Adventures: On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode One is coming to the PlayStation Network this Thursday, October 23rd. The PlayStation version of the game, previously released on Xbox Live Arcade and PC, is priced slightly cheaper than the other versions at $US14.99 compared to their $US20.
