A marketing survey conducted by Sony suggests it’s pondering content changes to PlayStation Plus, potentially including free, full-size Blu-Ray games on the day they release, and a free Call of Duty: Elite subscription, reports IGN.
The newest PS3 firmware update (v3.70) adds auto-syncing trophies and an auto-upload function for online save data… but only for PlayStation Plus subscribers. A PlayStation Store “recommendations” feature, a “TV/Video Services” XMB section and Blu-ray 3D enhancements are for everybody.

Sony gives PlayStation Plus subscribers the ability to store game saves online via the PlayStation Network with tomorrow’s 3.60 system software update, allowing up to 1000 data files to be stored on 150MB of space as long as the money keeps coming in. The next Mortal Kombat comes to the PlayStation 3 in the form of a playable demo exclusive to Plus subscribers on March 8, releasing next week to the non-subscribing masses.
