Game Magazine Cover Was For Sale… Literally

11:00PM Brian Ashcraft | Wow. Living in Japan, I didn’t know that US game magazine covers actually were so blatantly for sale. But apparently they are! This month’s Official Xbox Magazine features perforated Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas cover that reads “ADVERTISEMENT” on it. Once removed, the actual cover is revealed. (This month it’s Fallout 3!) Rainbow Six Vegas 2 Announced

4:40AM Mark Wilson | Cliché opening: Ubisoft certainly isn’t taking a gamble on their newly announced sequel to their highly successful Rainbow Six Vegas 2. Standard exposition: Details are scant on the new project at this moment, but Ubisoft promises better graphics, new gameplay features and updated settings. Intelligent reflection: Man, the original Rainbow Six Vegas sure was good. We know because we played it.
