Warner Bros. Registers Mad Max Game Domains. Get (Tentatively) Excited
A few years ago, it was rumoured that Just Cause developer Avalanche Studios was working on a game based on Mad Max, to coincide with the release of the 2014 movie. While there’s no official confirmation that Avalanche is behind such a title, it’s a good bet someone is working on something, with Warner Bros. registering several suspect domains.

The official web presence for the shooter/RPG variant of XCOM, a reboot concept that never seemed to capture gamers’ imagination from the moment it was announced in 2011 through its E3 2011 and several delays, has been taken down and, further, the game’s YouTube videos also have been set to private. 2K Games is not saying anything.

A Polish website has posted images of what they say are real promotional posters for Grand Theft Auto V. The posters peg the game for a autumn 2013 release date for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. We can’t verify their authenticity but have asked a Rockstar rep if he will. This post will be updated if he does.
