However, not everyone is happy with the outcome: some shoppers are reporting extended delays in receiving their games, along with poor and conflicting information from customer service.

Sony started selling 320GB PlayStation 3s bundled with the new PlayStation Move controller last month but promised another option. Today, the company says the 320GB systems are now shipping to retailers. They’ll cost $US350. Move-bundled units run $US400; 160GB units go for $US300.
Still trying to sell the DS to people who don’t typically play games, Nintendo has plans for an application linking the DS with a supermarket’s inventory so users can simplify their shopping list and find what they need more easily.
