Far Cry 3 And The Stranger In A Strange Land In case you missed the updates, there have been some interesting developments in the Sonic 2 HD keylogger story. Namely, that the original source allegation has since been withdrawn, and that it’s come to light that one developer involved may well be holding the entire project hostage. [Kotaku]
A group of fans recently released Sonic 2 HD, an alpha version of a very fancy home-made tribute to Sega’s classic platformer. They even, inadvertently, threw in a bonus: free keyloggers for everyone!
Well this is a line-crossing worth taking note of. Gamasutra reports that Hirokazu Yasuhara, co-creator of Sonic the Hedgehog, has taken a job at Nintendo.
Reddit user lumpyheadedbunny drew these awesome Sonic 2-inspired kicks with graffiti pens. My first thought was that it must have taken her a while, because you can see how much detail went into the drawing.

Publisher Sega will release a sequel to Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing this Christmas. Toys associated with the franchise were displayed in a booth at the Toy Fair in New York this Sunday, where an attendant confirmed that Sega is making a sequel to the franchise-crossing kart racing game. There will be new characters and vehicles revealed later this year.
