Melbourne’s biggest fighting game tournament of the year is coming up. If you think you’re good enough to compete with the city’s best in any of the below games, or just want to hang out with like-minded fighting gamers while watching some freakish skill, you can head to the event either Saturday or Sunday.

The last Smash Bros. game, like the one before that, was a smorgasboard of characters. There weren’t just Nintendo developed characters, but the likes of Sonic and Snake also made an appearance.
Sing. And rejoice. For Europe, you long wait is over. Nintendo Europe have published their Q2 release schedule, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl is pencilled in for a June 27 launch. No, really. Also dated are the Everyone’s Nintendo Channel (May 30), as well as the WiiWare service, which will launch – as (sorta) expected – on May 20. Oh, pick that mouth up off the floor.
