I was a little disappointed to learn that The Sims Medieval is essentially The Sims gone… medieval.

This Sims Medieval trailer is on odd one. It makes the gameplay seem heroic and noble, but when Electronic Arts showed the game to reporters at Gamescom they knew what people will spend their time doing: torturing Sims.
A new Sims game revealed today that drops the popular characters in the Middle Ages will feature “compelling gameplay never seen before in the history of The Sims,” according to publisher Electronic Arts.
