The Polish game studio CD Projekt is hiring for two new games, and it sounds like neither one is The Witcher 3.
Over at Grantland, the occasionally notorious but always thoughtful writer Tom Bissell has weighed in on The Witcher 2. He is… not impressed. In fact, after six hours with the game, he decided he’d seen enough.
In honour of The Witcher 2, which was re-released as an enhanced edition for Xbox 360 and PC last week, here’s an awesome action sequence that was inspired by the game’s frenetic spell-filled combat. It’s quite well done.
It would take a lot to ruin game powerful enough to make me write what is essentially fan fiction in my review of the PC version. Looks like CD Projekt just didn’t apply themselves enough to failing. Jerks.
