Namco Sues Over European Distribution, DRM Removal From Witcher 2

Namco Bandai is suing the parent company of the maker of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, the acclaimed PC role-playing game that will make its way to Xbox 360 later this year, over the rights to distribute that version of the game in Europe.

Poland Gives President Obama The Witcher 2′s Collector’s Edition

President Obama, on a tour of Europe this week, stopped in Poland today to meet with Prime Minister Donald Tusk. As is customary, Tusk presented Obama with several gifts to commemorate his visit. One of those was the collector’s edition of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.

All Witcher 2 DLC Will Be Free, Developer Assures

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings arrives for PC on Tuesday, and while there is some retailer-specific preorder DLC out there, developer CD Projekt RED assures everyone the game’s DLC will be free.
