I had the chance to try out Geometry Wars: Galaxies co-op way back at E3 and, as I wrote then, the experience was great. It's the sort of "you lean up against me and I'll lean against you and that way neither of us sleeps with our head in the mud" gameplay that I love. On a side note, isn't it refreshing that the industry has finally fully embraced the co-op experience?

Obvious truth: the planet is in the grips of a dire climate crisis. Science tells us that we have a decade — at the most — before the Earth hits a point of no return: a rise in global temperatures 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial levels. If we don't prevent that from happening, coastal communities will be destroyed by rising sea levels. Extreme heatwaves will become more commonplace, causing water and food shortages. The planet's biodiversity will suffer. And so will we.
There's no better combo than the internet and dumb stuff, and when you add streaming to the mix, naturally some people will need to be removed for their own good.
