What Are You Playing This Weekend?

I've got a few games lined up for this weekend. There's some more Resident Evil 5 co-op, a Horde session of Gears of War 2, and I plan on downloading The Path as well.

But I want your advice for the other game I'll be checking out. What's on the Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection that's worth playing? What holds up as a genuinely good game? Something that'll hold my attention for hours rather than mere minutes of novelty?
And what are you going to be playing this weekend?

Shining Force 1 & 2 on the Mega Drive pack are fantastic RPGs, but I might only think that because I played them when they came out :) If you like old school turn-based RPGs give them a shot!

I'll be playing Killzone 2 this weekend. I picked it up late and have only had a few minutes to try it so far.

It's got Shining Force and Shining Force II, which are EXCELLENT turn based strategy games.

    Phantasy Star 1 to 4.

Classic Sonic, Streets of Rage, Golden Axe. A whole lot of games I remember playing to death as a kid.

But you can't go past Shining Force.

go out, drink and get girls instead.
    otherwise kz2 or sf4.

Street Fighter IV, F.E.A.R. 2 and... MySims Party! yay.

I'm thinking I'll play through Resident Evil 5 on Professional Mode and then play some GTA: Chinatown Wars

Speaking of awesome classic RPG's, I've recently downloaded Secret of Mana on the Wii's Virtual Console. Just like it did 15 years ago it's totally hooked me in and I'm sinking a huge amount of time into it (which I think is annoying my wife somewhat, heh).

They don't make RPG's like this anymore.

Disgaea DS. I've only had it for a week, but it's already in my list of all time favourite games. Also getting some money together for a big indie splurge on Steam as well I suppose.

playing Disgaea 3 and some Bad company, usually alternate between whatever game i'm playing for the story, and some bad company for breaking things up.
still tossing up about getting Killzone 2, i rented it to see if i'd like it and while unlocking EVERYTHING in multiplayer is annoying i might pick it up, still not sure. it's alot faster paced then bad company, with smaller maps and more distruction, but when i played it last weekend, there were alot of server issues, the game kept dropping midgame, and i would lose my points, and thus be unable to unlock the next kit/weapon/equipment which was frustrating, are these problems still going on?

Warhammer Online playing the almigty Slayer! Probably play some KZ2 multiplayer and Grid.

I'll be playing Killzone 2, Little Big Planet and Buzz on PS3 and RE5 and Halo Wars on 360

Assuming I can find my DS charger, and I can scam a lift into JB, GTA: Chinatown Wars (saw an ad in the local paper saying the local JB was selling cheap this weekend). If no lift, finally trying to finish Hourglass of Time. If no charger, load up the weekend tourney for Guitar Hero on the Wii I guess?
