The Great Xbox 360 Robbery

Last Sunday, the city of Mississauga in Southern Ontario, Canada was the scene of a mass Xbox 360 theft.

A truck carrying over 1,300 Xbox 360 consoles was stolen from a trailer yard at 4 AM. The total value ballparks at around US$670,000.

According to police, four or five suspects in dark clothing stole a black 16-metre 2007 Air-Ride trailer, with the Ontario licence plate C11-47X and trailer identification number 55334.

The suspects attacked a security guard who had his hands and feet bound together and was left under a parked trailer. The security guard is expected to make a full recovery.

they better hope that their ebay accounts have a good seller rating...
no seriously; microsoft would know which serial numbers they are shipping and even if just 1 of the 1300 xbox's connects to live they should be able to trace it right? Or is it too late then already?

    They'll find a way i suppose.
Then again, these Xbox's may not have been in Microsofts hand and they were in storage for a retailer. In that case, Microsoft wouldn't really care as such if they received money from their order.

I don't know how it works. Microsoft most likely will have a way of tracing them. But just whether not if the case above states, just how much they give a crap.

For The people who commented the other comments your kinda right, i work for microsoft in the xbox sending section, Yes Those xbox 360s were sent to future shop and were paid for which only makes it harder but we will keep looking for the culprits. On Ebay look for a person trying to sell 1300 xbox 360s.

    Buy it now price 49.99
