Rockstar's AGENT Arriving Next Year?

File this rumour in the slip-of-the-tongue category. In a Rockstar roundup of reader questions, AGENT, the 1970s-era espionage game unveiled at E3, is lumped in with two other titles for a 2010 release.

It's sooooo flimsy, but then, Wikipedia's already cited this Q&A in giving Agent a 2010 release window, and if Wikipedia says it, it must be true, right? Right. Anyway, a gamer wrote Rockstar begging them to show some loyalty to the PlayStation, on which Grand Theft Auto originated, and here was Rockstar's reply:

We appreciate the enthusiasm of PlayStation 3 owners and believe us, we understand where you're coming from. That's why we are working hard on a lineup of PlayStation 3 releases for 2010 that we know you will be very excited to play - including Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne 3, and the PlayStation 3 exclusive AGENT, which is a brand-new title from Rockstar North, the creators of the Grand Theft Auto series

This is hardly confirmation that Agent is OTW for next year. But a ton of readers lit up our tips jar with it, so I've emailed Rockstar to ask if they want to clarify. If they say anything I'll put it here. Your Questions Answered: Episodes from Liberty City vs. The Ballad of Gay Tony [Rockstar Games]

I really though exclusives would only now, come from games that are published by MS or Nintendo or Sony. It's not often you get exclusives like these.

Wonder if they will stick to their word or it will be timed like every OTHER GTA game (minus 1 and 2).

If it is an exclusive, then La Noire is definitely going to be on the 360 aswell. Rockstar aren't that stupid to skip two big games of theirs from the Xbox.
