Take-Two Agrees To $20M Settlement In GTA Hot Coffee Suit

Rockstar parent company Take-Two Interactive has agreed to a $US20 million settlement in a class action suit brought against the company over allegations that they knowingly put hidden sexual content in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the publisher announced today.

The class action will be dismissed in exchange for an aggregate payment of $US20,115,000 into a settlement fund for the benefit of class members, of which $US15,200,000 will be paid by Take-Two's insurance carriers, and $US4,915,000 will be paid by Take-Two.

"We are pleased to have reached this settlement, which represents another important step forward for the Company," said Strauss Zelnick, Chairman of Take-Two.

Unbelievable! What a storm in a tea cup, or should that be coffee cup?

Oh for fucks sake, it had to be unlocked by a mod. The only things they're guilty of is not finishing the lame sex minigame themselves and some lazy coding to simply REM out the code rather than neatly remove it.

Simulated killing of cops, drive by shootings, endless hookers and drug whores, stealing cars and destruction of public property are ok.

Running down pedestrians, racing on public roadways, and conspiring with weapons dealers are just fine too.

But a hidden sex scene costs $20 mil?!? LOL

If you want to knock down a mountain thats OK, but if you want to put a nail on a 2 by 4 you will need a permit or be fined severely and forced to remove the nail.

PS - I cant wait for the sequel!
