On The Worst Day Of Christmas Dante's Inferno Gave To Me...

The Dante's Inferno marketing team sinks to new lows in this "The Worst Day of Christmas" trailer. Two purple peaks? Really?

Have you ever been embarrassed for someone else? The moment the music starts up in this holiday-themed Dante's Inferno trailer my cheeks started getting warm. By the time the first line came out, they were deep crimson. "On the worst day of Christmas Lucifer gave to me..." Ugh. Someone had to sing that. Not only did someone have to sing that, they probably had to do multiple takes, while other people were watching. Is there a circle of hell for marketing that makes you vaguely uncomfortable?

Average song and lyrics, best part is the Demo is out in a day or 2 :)

Tomorrow, the 24th. On XBL, at least. It's been out on PSN from the 10th.

      Facepalm @ the trailer.

    Marketing works.
I now know this is a game I definitely do not want to own.

I guess they ran out of interesting ideas...

lol, I kinda love how shameless they're being with this game. It all started with the "Go to Hell" slogan.

Agreed, they are just taking normal marketing tools and flipping them over to see what is festering underneath...

and face it, they aren't trying to sugarcoat the game as being something that it's not and that's something you at least have to respect them for...

That game still continues to impress!

    So awkward.

    Purple peaks. Titillatingly hilarious.
