As you should know, we’re giving away a big pile of crap. I get sent loads of gaming swag throughout the year and, by December, my desk is cluttered with all sorts of crap. So, to clear it out, I’m giving it all away to the reader who provides the most consistently thoughtful, articulate, helpful and worthwhile comments on the site between now and the end of the year.[imgclear]
Of course, when I say “crap” I don’t really mean that. There’s plenty of cool stuff in the Pile of Crap. Stuff like this: a giant Plants Vs Zombies t-shirt; a Resident Evil: Darkside Chronciles Wii Zapper bundle; a bag of various GTA IV stickers; one Red Dead Redemption sticker; a pack of Red Dead Redemption postcards; five Ballad of Gay Tony stickers; two SingStar PS3 games (Take That and Motown); Plants Vs Zombies for PC; a Plants Vs Zombies sticker; a “console toolkit” featuring various screwdrivers; two fluffy toys that I cannot remember what game they arrived with. So, what do you think: cool or crap?
And that’s a wrap for the Pile of Crap.
I’ve still got more stuff here that I didn’t get around to photographing: a Plants Vs Zombies mouse pad; some Dragon Ball toys; several more Rockstar t-shirts; an Uncharted 2 press kit; a Ratchet & Clank press kit plus game signed by the development team at Insomniac; something to do with Mini Ninjas; some iPhone stickers; and some other stuff I can’t even remember.
I’ll throw it all – and more, probably – into the swag bag the winner will receive in the new year. Good luck!
