Dragon Age: Origins Won't Return To Ostagar On Time

BioWare's plans to release the Return to Ostagar downloadable content pack for Dragon Age: Origins have been put on hold at the 11th hour, with no new ETA revealed for the expansion.

Previously planned to release on the Xbox 360 and PC on Tuesday, January 5, BioWare will instead not release it on Tuesday, January 5. Sorry, we know about as much as BioWare community fella Chris Priestly is saying on the game's official forums.

"We're sorry but the planned Return to Ostagar downloadable content scheduled to launch on January 5th has been delayed for all platforms," Priestly writes. "We will update you as new information becomes available."

Yeah, well, so will we!

Return to Ostagar Delayed [Bioware]

I know the PS3 had no date attached to it, but this sucks, I wanted to get this as soon as possible. The reason I think behind it is that they probably found some bug or issue just as the DLC was on the cusp or release. Oh well, I’m sure this is only a 2 or 3 day delay.

I hope it's only a bug, or a 2 or 3 day delay (Im doubting it, probably a few weeks), but I wouldn't, oddly, be against them at all bundling it with the retail pack due out soon either strangely...

Doesn't bother me... I have to wait till the 15th before I am able to order the game itself!

10 days to go and counting!!!

I've already deleted Dragon Age of the HDD

I was wondering why this wasn't available for download last night, but put it down to time differences. That's unfortunate news. Hopefully it won't be a long delay!
