Xbox 360 hack-and-slash exclusive Ninety-Nine Nights II has been dated for Japan.
According to the title’s official site, the game will be out this spring — expect the exact date to be announced later. The game is developed by feelplus, a Japanese development studio with close ties to Microsoft Game Studios.
Sporting the tagline “The Night Begins”, Ninety-Nine Nights II looks to be much darker than the bright and sunny first game. The original Nine-Nine Nights was developed largely by South Korean developer Phantagram and was released back in 2006.
Konami, which had no public involvement in the first title, is publishing the sequel.
