A very american looking basketball game 🙂
The only basketball game I ever played was one-on-one on the Atari 400. My brother and I used to play that till we broke the joysticks.
TV Sports: Basketball by Cinemaware on the Amiga?
To be honest, I had to look up the name, though I knew it was one of the Cinemaware sports games.
Cinemaware’s TV sports Basketball on PC under DOS.
I played this game heaps!
I did notice that game started to cheat near the end of a game if you were winning. The defence got really agressive and could do things your players couldn’t. Still was fun.
Was fun coop too.
It is indeed Cinemaware’s TV Sports Bball – the “C.W.B.A” bit on the screen gives it away.
TV Sports Basketball – was this the one where you could make players, and give them hilariously elongated torsos for the tall players?
TV sports Basketball – Loved those cinemaware games. TV sports football taught me and my little brother how NFL was played – that and Don Lane on the ABC!
I remember playing this! But it was on either my old 286 or 486; can’t remember which.
I vaguely remember the game included fake product adverts before each match, and maybe throughout. That’s this game, right?
