World Of Warcraft's New Recruit-A-Friend Reward Is So Romantic

What could be more romantic than flying over the moon-dappled snow of Azeroth's northlands with your significant other's arms wrapped around you, straddling the new X-53 Touring Rocket, World of Warcraft's first two-person flying mount?

Blizzard wants you to play World of Warcraft, but if they've already got you, they'll gladly take your friends and reward you for your sacrifice! The latest addition to the WoW refer-a-friend program is the X-53 Touring Rocket, the first flying mount for World of Warcraft that can be ridden by two characters simultaneously. It's yours if your recruited friend buys a full copy of World of Warcraft and pays for two months' worth of subscription time.

In other words, if you make up a friend and pay what, $US60? Yes, then it's yours.

Should be interesting to see how this works. If you get into a fight with your companion, can you fly them to the highest elevation and then cancel the mount? It almost makes me wish I was still playing regularly.

do i have to pay more than the $19.99 activation and the 2 months worth of service? do i have to pay more for all the xpacs?

Just wanted to respond to the post from *me* - you shouldnt have to buy the xpacks. Just the full game(the original wow with level 60 cap) and 2 months of service. If they have changed that then let me know too - I've been thinking about starting a 2nd account for the little ones, then I get a mount woohoo.
