Death Row Diner transplants the basic concept of Diner Dash – greet customers, take orders, deliver food, etc – to a prison kitchen. So, you tell inmates where to sit, bring them their bowls of gruel or extra plates of burgers, wash their trays, break up their fights and mop up the blood when it’s all over.
