Good for the Americans, Are we still getting ripped off?

So... which of these can I get now, on my PAL system, using my AU PSN account?...

The PAL store is updated on Wednesday nights. Where possible we publish the Aussie PlayStation Store update on Thursday or Fridays.

Wow nearly 2 weeks later and still no Final Fantasy IX for the U.S. yet Japan, Europe and even Australia gets it in their PSN shop. Wonder what the go is??
