We Are Getting Yakuza 4 After All

Following in the footsteps of its predecessor, Yakuza 4 will be making its way to the western market next autumn, exclusively for the PlayStation 3, and this time Kazuma's got a posse.

Released in March in Japan as Ryū ga Gotoku 4, Yakuza 4 is now heading to the west, as we thought it might when Sega indicated big numbers for Yakuza 3 in North America and Europe.

The latest installment of the series sees protagonist Kazuma Kiryu joined by three additional characters, Masayoshi Tanimura, Shun Akiyama and Taiga Saejima. Each of these new characters has their own unique background and individual stories that link the four together.

I just hope they don't ruin it by removing content this time.

    O.O Awesome!

Love the franchise and I'm glad this is coming. I'm currently playing #3 atm.

The english version of Yakuza 3 wasn't ruined. It was enormous, and a lot of fun. One of my favourite PS3 games.

For those of you who want to date videogame girls by taking them bowling, karaoke, to dinner, or shopping - it actually has all of those missions.

I hope this time they will introduce english voice acting, although I highly doubt they will.

The original Yakuza had english voice acting, some name actors too. It sucked.
