The latest downloadable content for Dragon Age: Origins drops today on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, allowing players to delve into the shady past of the lovely bard Leiliana.
This is the Dragon Age downloadable content I've been waiting for. New characters are nice and all, but some of the characters that journeyed with me in the main game had very interesting back stories that were only briefly touched on during their personal missions.
Leiliana's Song takes you back to when the fiery Frenchwoman bard Leiliana was still firmly under the thumb of her mentor Marjolaine. When she finds herself caught in a complicated web of intrigue, the only way out is to "kill or be killed."
At least that's what the DLC pack's website says.
Leiliana's Song is a fully-voiced exploration into the bard's dark past, and while your main Dragon Age party won't be participating, there's a unique reward you can earn that will transfer into your Awakenings or Origins campaign.
Leiliana's Song is available today for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 for 560 BioWare Points, $US6.99 or 560 Microsoft points.
