Your Portal 2 Education Continues

Get ready to think harder with portals in Portal 2. Now at your disposal in the first-person puzzler that we can wait to wrap our brains around is the "Thermal Discouragement Beam". It's like a laser, but with more syllables.

When paired with the Weighted Pivot Cube, Portal 2's Thermal Discouragement Beam will add something deadlier to the list of things to think about when puzzling your way through the futuristic and dilapidated Aperture Science testing facilities. The sheer number of new puzzle possibilities may be too much for a standard human brain to comprehend.

And when you throw in the Pneumatic Diversity Vent, expect noodles to start overheating.

You may want to invest in a new thinking cap for 2011, when Portal is expected to hit the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and Mac, barring a sudden burst of Valve Time.

Portal 2 just keeps looking better and better with every video. This is one of the must have games for 2011. Valve has added so much more [Aperture] science to their portals -it's great!

this makes me want to play portal 1.
