Studio Ghibli's Gorgeous Ni No Kuni Gets Hands-on At Tokyo Game Show

We're just a few weeks away from the 2010 Tokyo Game Show and publishers are started to tout their wares. Professor Layton and Dragon Quest developer Level-5 is one of the first to announce its plans... and they're exciting!

Most exciting is that its collaboration with animation experts Studio Ghibli, Ni no Kuni: The Another World, will be playable on both the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo DS at the show. Also playable at TGS '10 will be Level-5's robotic role-playing game Danbol Senki for the PSP. See? That's exciting.

Here's the full (more or less) list of what Level-5 will haul to the show.

  • Ni no Kuni (PS3)
  • Ni no Kuni (DS)
  • Mystery Room (DS)
  • Danbol Senki (PSP)
  • Inazuma Eleven 3 (DS)
  • Secret Game! (??)

Ghibli Ghibli Ghibli Ghibli!! :D I'm so keen to see more of this! I'm still not so sure about that um... thing, with the shield. But yeah, in Ghibli we trust!

A orange, shirt-less, wearing a little red scarf gremlin thing with a magic barrier, while he holds a bend sword and shield.

What's not to be sure about?

It actually looks like an advanced version of Pokemon (advanced being the little thing has a weapon).
