The Nintendo Download: Staying Out Of Harm's Reach

This week's Nintendo Download features three games that probably won't suffer much from tonight's midnight release of Halo: Reach, along with the long-awaited tan version of Nnoo's myNotebook. Rejoice!

After working on the Nintendo Download just about every week since Nintendo started offering downloadable titles, you start to see trends. For instance, when a huge game is due out for the competition, the download tends to be a bit more skimpy than usual.

Take this week, for instance. Halo: Reach is coming out tonight at midnight, so the download consists of one hidden object game, a DSiWare strategy game called Castle Conquerors from Circle Entertainment, a DSi pinball title which I will likely purchase due to my growing video game pinball addiction, and myNotebook: Tan, which is myNotebook, only Tan.

So in case you were an Xbox 360 playing DSi or Wii owner, don't worry about being distracted, unless you're a big myNotebook fan. I'm sure there's one or two out there, somewhere.
