Duke Nukem Forever Demo 'First Access' Included In Borderlands GOTY Re-release

Want to get your hands on the Duke Nukem Forever demo before anyone else? Then you might want to buy the Borderlands Game of the Year edition, your key to the "Duke Nukem Forever First Access Club". What's that about?

2K Games says today that Duke Nukem Forever First Access Club grants members access to "exclusive items, including early access to the [DNF]playable demo before it is publicly released". The upcoming Borderlands collection comes complete with a redeemable voucher, a unique key offering a "wealth of goodies", including the Duke Nukem Forever demo.

The Game of the Year version of Borderlands hits October 12 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for $US59.99, and for PC for $US49.99. The Duke Nukem Forever demo? No idea. The only release window we have is "prior to the retail launch of the game", currently scheduled for "calendar 2011".

Pre-order away guys.. You can get it from ozgameshop.com for dirt cheap - Cheaper than the US prices listed here too, especially if you get the PC edition

Hmm. I've yet to play Borderlands at all. Considering getting this GOTY edition...

You should do it - it's a pretty damn cool game. I love the art direction, personally. The game can become a big grind-tastic, but still worth the punt either way.

I already own Borderlands, can I get it retrospectvely?

what about people who bought the game when it was released then have bought every pice of DLC? do we get anything?
be a bit unfair if all the johnny come latelys get the bonus' and everyone else doesnt.

Thinking the same thing. I've been good to them maybe they should show me some love.

Agreed, I know they just want to try and pack lots of goodies into this new version, make it appealling to more people and get some more sales; but it doesn't feel very fair to those of us that supported the game from day one.

Where's the love for the loyalists who bought the game and DLC when they came out?
