Infinity Blade Unsheathes For iPad, iPhone In December

Shadow Complex creator Chair Entertainment brings its Unreal Engine powered action game Infinity Blade (formerly "Project Sword") to a finite number of iOS device on December 9, bringing very pretty sword fighting games to iPads and iPods everywhere.

Chair and Unreal maker Epic Games have dated and priced ($6.99) the "action-RPG sword fighting adventure", re-affirming that Infinity Blade will be playable only on the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPad, iPod touch 3 and iPod touch 4. The better news is that if you have an iPad or an iPhone, Infinity Blade is a universal app.

I will get this one.. not really sure why but looks amazing and if i saw a game for $7 that looked this good for the 360, i'd prob pick it up.

But what is a universal app?

means you don't have to get separate versions for iPhone and iPad.

Looks awesome but what's the bet it only has half and hour or so of gameplay.

ipad games can have more than 8hrs of gameplay, so you'll never know....

Was I the only one who saw the 4th screenshot and had the "opening large chest" tune from Ocarina of Time suddenly pop into their head?
