Could This Be The First Nintendo 3DS Unboxing Video?

Remember when game machines used to have street dates? China doesn’t.

Hong Kong-based game publication GameWave snagged a Nintendo 3DS a day before it will go on sale in Japan. No word whether the portable was given to GameWave by Nintendo or not.

Reports indicate that the portable, which was apparently skimmed from shipments from Nintendo’s Chinese factories, is being sold on the black market for as much as $US436 (the retail price is $US250).

Besides oohing and aahing, GameWave unboxes the Nintendo 3DS, pops in Super Street Fighter IV 3D and Ridge Racer 3D as well as checking out some of the onboard software. Besides the GameWave clips, there’s also an unboxing by Gadget Asia (via 4cr). So one of these was first!
