While You Were Sleeping

Sleeping can be fun – necessary even. But what if stuff happens when you’re sleeping – game stuff? What are you supposed to to do then? Thankfully we have a solution – While You Were Sleeping, a quick round up of all the news that happened… while you were sleeping.

Sometimes I like to think of Nintendo as the Jack Bauer of the video games industry – because when it comes to tracking down ‘cyber terrorists’, they get the job done DAMMIT. Today is no exception. Some idiot thought they could blackmail Nintendo but – in what we’re assuming was a 24 hour period of twists, double agent betrayals, and the needless death of many main characters – they were tracked down and dealt with in efficient fashion.

Wonder why Zombies are so terrifying? We’ve always assumed it was something to do with the fact they want to tear the flesh from our faces – with their teeth. Regardless, we have a feature explaining the psychology behind zombie terror.

Want to crash the silent protagonist party? Yeah, me neither.

Also: this is Mortal Kombat’s newest kombatant, the NGP was apparently stripped of features and, purely because Elly mistook the headline of this story for ‘The Simple Joy of Kicking Men In The Balls’, here is The Simple Joy Of Men Kicking Balls.
