Bringing together four leading characters from the Ratchet & Clank series together and making them cooperate to survive is an excellent idea, as long as you’ve got a strong story to back it up. Let’s see how Insomniac does it.
Ratchet and his robot buddy Clank are pretty much inseparable, unless the plot calls for it, and where they go, Qwark is sure to follow, one way or the other. That leaves only Dr Nefarious to be drawn into the fold, which Insomniac does expertly in this story trailer for the upcoming four-player co-op game for the PlayStation 3.
The end result? Four characters that don’t like each other very much, working together towards a common goal, otherwise known as comedy gold.
