   The blub was quite misleading. “Knights of the Old Republic” is bioware’s single player RPG series in that setting. The MMO shown here is just “The Old Republic”.

   Till about half way through I thought it was a very shoddy looking single player game.

   Hate to say it, but some of those models and animations looked pretty average. I guess being an MMO I wasn’t expecting next gen graphics, but these don’t even look current gen.

   Also one of those combat scenes looks like it could have been taken straight out of WoW, with a group of characters just standing still doing canned animations of swinging lightsabers back and forth.

   Don’t care. It has lightsabers and all that matters.

   I don’t know what it is about Star Wars but even the games that are quite terrible, I’ll still play through and finish.

   I must say though, it looks very similar to KOTOR which makes me happy. I loved those games (even the disappointing second one).
